How do I return/exchange an item from my orderUpdated 2 months ago

Click the Auto Returns link at the footer of our website and add the order you wish to send back including the shipping zip code. Once an RMA # is created a pre-paid label will be provided to return the product back for processing.

Auto returns process

  1. Add your order # and shipping zip code.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and include the quantity and reason for return.
  3. Once confirmed, you will be provided a shipping label to return the product.
  4. Prepaid labels are only available to US customers and excludes Canada, International, Puerto Rico and certain territories returns.
  5. Once the return is received, a notification will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting to your account.
    • Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
    • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to a restocking fee (5%-10%)
    • No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items
    • Exchanges can only be made for an alternative size on the same style and color.
    • One exchange per item on order
    • Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale. 
    • $7.50 restocking fee applied per return/exchange
    • Return label and exchanges are only eligible for US customers

Note: Prepaid label is only offered to United States customers. This offer excludes orders being shipped from Canada, certain territories, and international orders. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive at our facility. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.
