US Returns
Click the Auto Returns link at the footer of our website and add the order you wish to send back including the shipping zip code. Once an RMA # is created a pre-paid label will be provided to return the product back for processing. US Returns: https://returns.billabong.com/
Auto returns process
1. Add your order # and shipping zip code
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and include the quantity and reason for return
3. Once confirmed, you will be provided with a shipping label to return the product
4. Prepaid labels are only available to US customers and excludes Canada, International, Puerto Rico and certain territories
5. Once the return is received, a notification will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting to your account
· Original shipping charges will not be refunded
· Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to a restocking fee (5%-10%)
· No returns on Final Sale items
· Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale.
· $7.50 restocking fee applied per return
· Return labels are only eligible for US customers

· Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive at our facility.
Once your return has been received, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete.
